JSR Corporation (Representative Director, CEO and President: Tetsuro Hori; hereinafter “JSR”) entered into an agreement to transfer its bioprocess materials business to Merck (Chair of the Executive Board and CEO: Belén Garijo; hereinafter “Merck”), in October 2025.

Under this agreement, we completed the transfer of the bioprocess materials business to Merck yesterday, March 31, 2026.

JSR will continue to work actively to establish a solid business foundation and to continuously enhance its value as a company that is trusted by all stakeholders.
